The open-concept home blends its indoor living spaces with the outdoors. Large wall-to-wall doors open to invite the outside in, while the classic Caribbean décor invites you to slip into island life. Creamy neutrals contrast with rustic wooden accents and splashes of ocean color, creating a luxurious beachy vibe.
Located on the shores of Chalk Sound, within seconds you can be swimming in the sparkling waters or exploring the islands in the Sound by kayak or paddleboard. Nearby, white sand and crystalline waters await at two of Provo’s most popular beaches, Sapodilla and Taylor Bay.
The great room at Villa Alinna combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all opening to the outdoor terrace. With the windows open the space is bright and breezy, with the fresh ocean air enticing you to kick back and enjoy the tranquillity of Caribbean life.
The living room has a large sectional sofa and a large flat-screen monitor with standard cable television. You can also sink in and listen to music on the villa’s interior and exterior sound system, available to use with a free smartphone app. For night’s inside, there’s also a game room set up in the annex above the garage.
The modern kitchen at Villa Alinna boasts top-of-the-line appliances that make whipping up gourmet meals a breeze. The concierge can even organize a grocery pre-stocking or delivery, a catered meal, or a private chef.
A dining table between the living room and kitchen is a great spot to come together with friends and family over a meal. A table on the pool terrace is ideal for dining under the stars, pairing your meal with the gentle sounds of the water lapping at the nearby shore.

There are four master suites, each of them with a king-sized bed and direct access to the pool terrace. Every room also comes with a spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with an indoor/outdoor shower.
The fifth bedroom is set up as a kids’ room, with two bunk-style beds – a queen on the bottom and twin on top. This room also comes with an ensuite bathroom. All rooms also come with a TV. Upon prior request and approval, the annex can be converted into an additional suite with its ensuite bathroom and ocean views.
Outside, the pool terrace is a gorgeous place to relax, enjoy the island weather, and maybe a sunset cocktail or two. The covered terrace offers plenty of spots to relax in the shade, furnished with an outdoor lounge and a few sunbeds.
Villa Alinna’s swimming pool is a tempting spot to go for a refreshing dip. When it’s time to dry off, there’s a plush daybed, sun loungers, and even a swaying hammock. Entertaining is also made easy, with a beautiful sunken lounge area fantastic for an evening drink, and a fire pit for nights under the stars.
A manicured path leads through the garden to Chalk Sound, where another sun deck juts out over the water. Diving in is tempting; guests can also cast off in one of the provided sea kayaks or paddle boards. The entire area is a national park and is brimming with marine life.
Guests of Villa Alinna are close to two of Providenciales’ most popular beaches, Sapodilla and Taylor Bay. The daily villa host can prepare some foldable chairs and a cooler to take with you each day while exploring the island and its many beaches.
