Villa Always (villa code: PIE ALW), is a 6-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This 2-level villa enjoys an ocean view. The main level, which is accessed over a small bridge and water feature, houses the stunning living room and dining area. The interior has furnishings designed by Manutti, Blanc D’Ivoire, and Philippe Starck, and white oak floors. The European-designed Haker kitchen has Viking appliances, white quartzite countertops, and polished concrete flooring. The entire length of the living and dining area opens on one side, overlooking the pool and ocean beyond. Flanking the living area are 2 palatial bedroom suites, each with a king-size, custom-made bed and Blanc D’Ivoire furnishings. Both suites have Victorian-style ensuite bathrooms with Devon Devon fittings and private balconies overlooking the pool. The 4 remaining suites open off the pool terrace, each with an ensuite bathroom in polished concrete. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has 2 full beds. The sixth bedroom has 3 single beds (ideal for children). A grand staircase descends from the main level to an extensive deck with a large infinity pool and shaded gazebo, which houses an outside dining and lounge area furnished by Paola Lenti and Tribu. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Please Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule. This villa requires a $2,000 security deposit
