Situated near the Carl Gustaf Hotel, Villa Angelina is within a short walk of Shell Beach. Days spent lounging on the sand and sipping sunset cocktails will be a highlight of any stay. Villa Angelina is spread across several cottages, each with an alluring island style that contrasts with the modern art and photography collection adorning the walls. A gorgeous, split-level terrace outside connects the cottages. The living room is in a cottage at one end of the pool, with A/C, and plenty of comfortable seating. White sofas complement the dark wooden accents, while the entire space opens to views over the harbor. It’s a fantastic place to relax and watch TV or gaze out at the yachts bobbing up and down in the harbor. Another pavilion is home to Villa Angelina’s dining room and kitchen. The open-plan design encourages staying social during mealtimes, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather for an aperitif while you whip up an island dinner. And if you don’t feel like cooking, the world-class restaurants of Gustavia are minutes away. Next to the kitchen is the villa’s dining room, with a large table that’s a great setting for long meals with family and friends. Out to one side is a second table for alfresco meals, situated on a terrace of weathered wood and with an umbrella above for shade. The bedrooms at Villa Angelina, all have a minimalist style, accents of dark wood, and tranquil vibes. The master bedroom sits in a cottage by the pool, featuring a queen-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms are near the outside dining area in another cottage, one with a queen and the other with a pair of twins. All three of these rooms enjoy a private terrace facing the lush garden and harbor views. On the top level is a fourth bedroom, a true oasis of privacy and luxury. There’s a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, and access to a large terrace. The fifth bedroom is located in a separate bungalow, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and has a heated plunge pool. Back downstairs, the pleasant mix of garden space and terrace makes Villa Angelina one of the best properties on the island.
