Apartment Prestige, (villa code: WV PTG) is a luxurious, 3-bedroom apartment in a new building, offering gorgeous views of the Gustavia harbor. While Gustavia offers many small apartments, there have been too few larger, and more luxurious apartments. Apartment Prestige is on the second level of the new, two-level, Mardix apartment complex on the southwest side of the harbor. The building also has a large, private, and secured, underground garage with ample parking and an elevator. The large terrace of Apartment Prestige offers excellent and lively views over the entrance to the harbor and streets of Gustavia. The spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment with its modern classic decor, has a large main room including a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and the living room which has comfortable seating and a large screen. The master bedroom, situated next to the terrace with harbor views has a U.S. king-sized bed, large, his-and-hers closets, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The two guest rooms are situated in the back of the living room and have city views. Each has a U.S. king-sized bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
