Villa Aqualina, (villa code: TC WS), is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Blue Mountain within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa enjoys ocean views. The great room is spacious and features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that fold away, allowing ocean breezes. The great room comprises a comfortably furnished sitting room and cushioned dining area, which seats up to 10 guests and opens to the pool. The well-equipped kitchen has a large center island. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony. Two other bedrooms have king-size beds. The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds, which is ideal for children. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. A deck with loungers and a small gazebo surrounds the pool. This air-conditioned house also has a gas grill, satellite TV, a sound system, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Note - Cleaning fee: $550 Per Stay * Note- Mid stay cleaning included in each 7 night stay
