Villa Arawak is a 3-bedroom villa in Pointe Milou, located only 5 minutes from Lorient Beach, and 10 minutes from shopping and the nearest town. Situated on the hillside above the Christopher Hotel, Villa Arawak enjoys stunning sunset views. Formerly known as Villa Papillon Blanc, this renovated villa features contemporary materials, bright travertine floors, and a large, open-plan living space that overlooks the wide infinity pool. The living room extends to the outdoor space with its 2 convertible sofas, which can double as daybeds for lounging during the day or watching the stars at night. The gourmet kitchen connects to the living room and opens to a little patio with a grill at the back of the house. In between the entrance and kitchen is the dining area, which benefits from constant breezes. In a separate bungalow outside, a master bedroom offers a private terrace with seating, while on either side of the living are two additional, nearly identical bedrooms. All bedrooms have ocean views, a European king-sized bed, his and hers closet space and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A deck frames the non-heated infinity pool. This villa also comes with beach chairs and umbrellas, a gas grill, iPod docking stations, U.S. and French satellite TV and WiFi. Villa Arawak, comes with house cleaning services six days a week.
