Villa Aventine, (villa code: IE AVT) is a 3 +1-bedroom villa situated in a stunning location by the calm, turquoise waters of Chalk Sound National Park. Villa Aventine has a bright and breezy atmosphere with tall, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. The expansive sliding glass doors offer breathtaking views of Chalk Sound. The spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each has its own attached bathroom. Three of these bedrooms have king-size beds, while one has two twin beds. The well-equipped kitchen features a large granite-topped center island with a breakfast bar. It includes modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and various small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and mixer. The dining area on the main floor can accommodate eight people around an extendable table. In the lounge, you'll find a 42” plasma TV, a DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi. You can unwind in the upstairs reading room, offering panoramic views of the Sound and the ocean from every angle. With windows on every wall, the room maintains a comfortable temperature, whether you're seeking cool breezes or warm sunlight. The lower level also features a third lounge, perfect for playing games. Outside, the villa offers a large wrap-around upper deck and an extensive pool deck, both providing options for shade and sun. Swim in the freshwater pool or relax under the sun on the pool deck. Privacy is ensured by a lush garden filled with tropical and native plants that yield bananas, limes, and papayas during the appropriate seasons.
