A/C is metered separately and charged at current market rate + 12% tax. Although with near-constant Tradewinds blowing in from the east, the entire property remains at a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
Notes: Villa Bashert also comes with a mid-week cleaning service included for 7-night stay. Please note that the pool can be heated for an extra charge of $400/wk.
