One of the best ways of experiencing Chalk Sound National park is via kayak. Villa Bashert Cottage has two, letting you explore the waterways and islands home to the Turks and Caicos Iguanas. A few minutes’ walk in the other direction and you’ll have your pick of two of Provo’s most magical beaches: Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. Both are picture-perfect crescents of white sand and striking turquoise waters. Taylor Bay in particular is a favorite amongst children, with calm and relatively shallow water.
