Located on the top-ranked beach globally, this villa sits on the best snorkeling spot in the country—Smith’s Reef. Here, your "front yard" teems with vibrant marine life, from eagle rays and sea turtles to lobsters and a kaleidoscope of tropical fish. Step from your living room directly into the calm, crystal-clear waters, and within 30–45 seconds, immerse yourself in this magical underwater haven.
Elegantly designed and exquisitely furnished, Villa Sandcastle exceeds expectations at every turn. Outside, an oversized private swimming pool provides the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, while its nighttime lighting transforms it into a dazzling visual experience at the touch of a button.
Inside, you'll find a luxurious beachfront living room featuring a state-of-the-art smart TV that magically rises from the floor, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and two spacious beachfront master suites located upstairs. Each suite boasts a king-size bed, fine linens, and stunning ensuite bathrooms with breathtaking sea views. Drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of waves lapping the shore.

Sandcastle is also within walking distance to several exceptional restaurants (5 and counting), the island’s main marina, where you’ll find a full-service dive outfit, bike rental, car rental, fishing excursions, other water adventures, and more. This is the place to be!
Notes:
• Includes a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
• Villa Sandcastle is located almost directly on Smiths Reef, which is widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears, revealing a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.
• A $285 (+ tax) cleaning fee is added to the rate, and housekeeping services are provided once mid-week.
• The A/C is metered to discourage use with open doors and windows. There is a separate, easy-to-read digital A/C meter where you can monitor A/C usage. Guests are given an A/C allotment of $200; most do not exceed this amount.
