The interiors of Villa Bon Temps are decorated with ocean greens and blues, playing off the white walls and custom mosaic floors in the spacious living areas. Exceptional attention to detail such as artful stencils on the walls and weathered, antique furnishings add plenty of character, while the open-air layout invites chilled-out days lounging inside and out.
Situated on the western side of Pointe Milou, Villa Bon Temps enjoys incredible sunset views. The offshore island of St. Martin is in the distance at golden hour, while the surrounding lush gardens provide plenty of privacy for your stay. This St. Barts villa is within a short drive of several beaches, and 10 minutes from shops and restaurants.
Spread over two levels, Villa Bon Temps enjoys airy indoor living spaces and an expansive terrace in sun and shade. In the middle of the main level is the great room, with the living area and kitchen. This space opens onto the large, covered terrace, which feels like an extension of the villa’s interiors.
The indoor living room features several soft sofas to relax on, overlooking the outdoor terrace. It’s a great spot to kick back and relax, soaking up the island breeze and gazing out at the shimmering Caribbean.
Behind the living area is Villa Bon Temps’ kitchen, with a marble-top bar and unique Italian and French glassware for entertaining. It’s an inspiring spot to whip up a delicious island meal. Our concierge is also on hand to organize everything from an in-villa wine tasting to a private chef.
The dining table is outside on the covered terrace, a wonderful setting for meals with family and friends. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a formal dinner, the immersive island views are the ideal pairing.
On the main level, there are four bedrooms, all with a king-sized bed. Two of these bedrooms on either end of the home also enjoy private terraces and outdoor showers, enhancing privacy.
On the lower level, there are two more bedrooms, both with a pair of twin beds and are best for teenagers. These rooms open to private furnished terraces, an idyllic spot to kick back and relax in privacy.
The real star of the show at Villa Bon Temps is the outdoor living space. To begin with, the interiors gracefully blend with the large, covered terrace, where a beautiful outdoor lounge invites you to sink in and enjoy a sunset drink. With the sun sinking below the island, hues of orange and gold unfurl across the sky, reflected on the Caribbean Sea.
On the sun terrace, two curved, stone banquettes are on either side of the pool, offering plenty of seating for days spent in the sun. You could spend your day reading, chilling out with some music, or dropping off for a snooze with the island breezes washing over the space.
The infinity pool is also tempting, with the edge seemingly melting into the ocean beyond. And when those views do coax you down to the beach, you’re spoilt for choice. Lorient, St. Jean, Marigot, and Grand Cul de Sac are all within an easy drive.
This luxury St. Barts villa also comes with continental breakfast daily and a well-equipped fitness room is on the lower level.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
