Villa Bon Temps is a 6-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa on the west side enjoys spectacular sunsets, and views of the ocean and nearby islands. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, the villa is decorated in white, soft greens and blues, custom mosaic floors in the living area, and limestone floors in the bedrooms and terraces. The kitchen has a marble-top bar, and unique Italian and French glassware for entertaining. Both the living area and kitchen open to the terrace and large infinity edge pool, which appears to disappear into the ocean. Two curved, stone banquettes are located on each side of the pool. All 6 air-conditioned bedrooms have high ceilings, stone-tiled bathrooms, and views. Four bedrooms are located on the main level, and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have private terraces and outdoor showers. On the lower level are 2 bedrooms with private, covered porches. A well-equipped fitness room is located on the lower level and opens to a terrace. An entrance gate adds extra privacy. The house also has WiFi, a fax machine, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Bon Temps comes with continental breakfast and house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
