Villa C'est La Vie, (villa code: PIE CLV), is a modern 6-bedroom villa located in Plum Beach/Terres Basses within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This newly-built villa is located in a gated community. The spacious living area has central cooling, sectional sofas, and opens to the terrace and sea view. The great room comprises an indoor dining area with a table underneath a dramatic chandelier. A second dining area with seating for 14 guests is located underneath the covered terrace facing the view. The gourmet, well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with chairs. The air-conditioned master bedroom offers a view from the king-size bed. The master suite also has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and an indoor and outdoor shower. Three more bedrooms are located off the terrace. The other 2 bedrooms have indoor access above the living area. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and satellite TV. The bathrooms have Japanese-styled toilets. The uniquely-designed modern deck with lighting features several wooden paths, which lead to the heated pool, Jacuzzi, pool bar, covered hammocks, loungers, and a gazebo with sectional sofas and TVs. A wooden path, which is lit at night, leads beyond the pool area to cushioned sofas on the beach. The indoor and outdoor NUVO sound system makes this an ideal location to entertain. *Please Note: Chef services include 2 meals per day (breakfast + lunch OR breakfast + dinner). The villa requires a Food & Beverage deposit of $4,000 due 30 days prior to arrival, as well as a $4,000 security deposit. Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.
