Villa Callisto, also known as SXM CAL, is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside, fully air-conditioned villa enjoys spectacular sunsets, and views of La Samanna and Bay Longue. The spacious open-plan living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The living room also opens directly onto a terrace with a cushioned sitting area and a dining area (just outside the kitchen), which comfortably seats 6 guests. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom is accessed from the living room or pool terrace. The third bedroom is accessed via the pool terrace. A long wooden deck with loungers surrounds the large saltwater, chlorine-free swimming pool. This non-smoking villa also comes with a gas grill, gated entry, iPod docking station, satellite TV, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required. Villa Callisto, or SXM CAL, comes with house cleaning services daily except Sun holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
