Villa Casa de la Playa, (villa code: SXM CDP) is a 5-bedroom beachfront villa, located down a long cobblestoned driveway, lined by the lush and vibrant gardens, it’s everyone’s dream villa holiday entrance. Walk through the front door and you immediately see the blues of the pool and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The air-conditioned Great Room, with vaulted ceilings made from Brazilian Cherry hardwood, has large sliding glass doors that open to the al-fresco dining table, covered terrace and expansive pool deck. Including a grand piano and billiard table, the Great Room also includes a large TV screen with surround sound all connected to the villa’s main Apple theater system which includes over 700+ downloaded movies. Just off the Great Room you will find a fully-equipped office including Mac desktop computer and printer for guest use. And if the property does not already offer enough in fun amenities, why not enjoy a movie from the villa’s garden. Allow the caretaker to set up the outdoor theater and you can watch a recent release right under the stars. The large gourmet kitchen, attached to the Great Room, is a chef’s dream and what better way to enjoy the kitchen that to have all your meals prepared by a Chef. The bedrooms are laid out so they each enjoys beach views from their private access under the covered terrace. Four of the suites feature plush king beds, while the opulent master suite offers added space and elegance, boasting 800 sq. ft of living space including a large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and an immense rain shower. The 4 other bedrooms, split 2 and 2 on either side of the Great Room, provide similar amenities with large garden view ensuite bathrooms. Take in the 400 ft. of west facing beach views from the pool, with diving board, or better yet from the villa’s rooftop patio with built-in daybed. When the conditions are right you can see neighboring islands Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Kitts. Located in the exclusive gated community of the Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, on the same beach as famed La Samanna resort, you are only 15 minutes to the Juliana International Airport, 15 minutes to the quaint Creole town of Marigot and a further 15 minutes to Grand Case, Hope Estate and Cul de Sac. * Notes: $5,000 security deposit required. Chef service is included during the Festive season. The cost of food and beverages is additional. An advance provisioning allowance of $4,000 is required. Any unused portion of the advance will be refunded. Chef service during high & low season is available on request; food and beverage costs are additional, and rates listed do not include Chef service. Laundry can be done by the housekeeper for an additional charge.
