Villa Casa Minotto is a completely redesigned and renovated villa in Pointe Milou, offering 4 individual bedrooms and great ocean views in a luxury setting. Villa Casa Minotto was an existing villa with old St. Barth "cases", which were transformed into a beautifully designed and decorated, contemporary refuge in a lush garden setting, with ocean views and cooling breezes. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each in a separate bungalow, with the main room and its covered terrace as the central gathering space. The main room includes a spacious living room with extra large sofas, a dining area with a table that can seat 10 people, and the modern kitchen on the other side. It opens up to a large, covered section of the terrace with an outdoor dining area and an outdoor living with comfortable benches lined with cushions. The semi-enclosed area has wooden louvres that can be closed off on windier days, and which create a cozy, private atmosphere. The extra-large, heated pool stretches all the way to a sunken open living area with wide benches and daybeds, which is a fabulous spot to sunbathe or take a nap during the day, or to have a cocktail with the entire party before dinner. Over-sized, comfortable loungers are aligned with the pool along the deck with large umbrellas for some shade. The first bungalow houses a comfortable guest room that has a small, but private outdoor garden with seating. The room has ample closet space, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Adjacent to this bungalow, at the far end of the property, is the master bungalow. This is a spacious room with a dressing, ensuite bathroom with shower that can be opened up to the outside, U.S. and French satellite TV, and a large, private outdoor seating area in the rear. One row above the first two bungalows, are bedroom 3 and 4. The second master bedroom is in the bungalow above the main master. It has his-and-hers closets, an ensuite bathroom with shower as well as an outdoor shower, a kitchenette, and a large private patio with seating. The fourth bedroom is in the next bungalow. This is a small bedroom more suitable for teenagers or staff. It is important to know that this bedroom has a very low bathroom ceiling, with a shower head around 5’10" high. All bedrooms have a U.S. king-sized bed. Villa Casa Minotto is a great family villa, but will also serve 2 or 3 couples vacationing together.
