Villa Maverick, (villa code: WV CTL) is a contemporary, 4-bedroom beachfront sanctuary in Lorient in front of the island’s most popular surf break. Right across the street from the bakery, and right on the beach of Lorient, Villa Maverick offers direct beach access as well as freshly baked bread and pastries just steps away. A gate separates the road from the small parking area, but once inside the house, you will feel the world fall off your shoulders as you step through the living room and onto the deck in the rear, where the lapping of the waves will be the only sound you hear unless you're playing music on the villa’s Sonos sound system. Lorient is a popular surfer’s beach, and the main surf break is right in front of the house. The main room has three sections; on one side is a separate media room with comfortable seating. The central area offers two large sectionals with views of the pool and ocean. On the other side is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a large natural stone table with seating for 8, and a television. Outside, flanked by the three bedrooms, is the extended pool and deck, and just at the end, above the beach, is a sunken seating area with large benches that can serve as daybeds. Stairs lead down from the deck directly into the sand. The villa sits around 7 feet above water level and offers good privacy. Three of the four bedrooms enjoy sweeping ocean views, allowing guests to fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to the sparkling sea just beyond their terrace doors. The fourth bedroom overlooks the villa’s gardens, offering a more private and tranquil setting. All four bedrooms feature king beds, en suite bathrooms, A/C, and direct access to the terrace. The layout provides a perfect balance of shared connection and personal space, ensuring every guest enjoys both comfort and privacy throughout their stay. Villa Maverick is a great choice for a family beach vacation, but it will also suit couples vacationing together. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
