Villa Casa Varnishkes, also known as IE VAR, is a contemporary 9-bedroom villa located on Long Bay Beach within steps of the beach, and minutes from restaurants and shopping. This luxury, fully air-conditioned villa offers panoramic views of the bay. The 7,000 sq. ft. main house features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, media room, office, and a comfortably furnished living room, which opens to an indoor dining room with seating for 10 guests. A covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area, which has a bar with stools, barbecue, and seating for up to 20 guests facing the beautiful ocean view. Each bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and private terrace with view. Six bedrooms are located in the main house, while 3 bedrooms are located in the guesthouse. The master bedroom in the main house has an attached sitting room with a pullout sofa bed and TV. The new guesthouse also has 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, laundry room, and covered patios overlooking the ocean. The newly completed tennis pavilion features a fenced, all-weather tennis court with lighting (perfect for night matches). The pavilion also has outdoor furnishings, a well-equipped Tiki bar, and a fitness room with a full bathroom and pullout sofa bed, which is ideal for napping after a workout. A terrace with loungers and a large marble pavilion surrounds the large freshwater pool. The house also has cable TV, a gated entry, high-speed Internet, and a washer and dryer. This property does not allow pets. Villa Casa Varnishkes, or IE VAR, comes with two mid-week house cleaning services (per 7-night stay) or daily housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.
