With space for up to fourteen guests on three private acres, it blends expansive shared areas with peaceful corners for personal relaxation. Step from the pool terrace down a palm-fringed path to the turquoise shoreline, or linger on the veranda’s plush lounges, Papasan swing, and shaded seating. Alfresco dining options abound—from intimate bistro tables to a patio that seats the whole group—while the two-level pool invites both wading and swimming. Inside, airy open-plan living features soft white sofas, teak propeller-style fans, and fresh teal accents, all anchored by cool white tile floors. Whether you’re boating from the shore, strolling the manicured gardens, or watching the sunset over the water, Villa Clevelander offers a seamless blend of island charm and modern style. The pool has a generous shallow area for family play, and a “Rose” bench for in-water lounging and taking in the views. * Notes - Non-refundable damage waiver of $350 is required for accidental damage up to $5,000. $90/day for electricity consumption included. On the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh. When running the A/C, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
