Villa Cute, (villa code: WV CUT) is a newly-built, 2-bedroom villa walking distance from the beach of Toiny. The owners could not think of a better name to describe the villa, because the villa is simply… Cute! No excessive thrills or frills, just a modest, well-equipped, contemporary villa that will serve as your home away from home with nice ocean views and breezes. The beach of Toiny with surfing and the beach club is within walking distance, just across the street. Villa Cute can be fully air-conditioned and has a cute main room with seating and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as a small office space. Two cute bedrooms are on either side of the main room. The master bedroom is on the kitchen side and comes with a Euro king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest room is next to the living room and has a Euro king-sized bed, closets, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa has a high-speed connection to the internet via fiber optics. Outside the main room is the outdoor dining and seating area and the deck with loungers by the heated pool.
