Villa Esprit de la Mer (villa code: PIE ESP), is a 5-bedroom villa gracing the shores of Baie Rouge with a breathtaking panoramic vista of Marigot and the northern hills. This appealing property offers various avenues for enjoyment, from relishing splendid sunrises in the glass-windowed dining room to experiencing sunsets from the uniquely positioned gazebo by the Caribbean Sea. The grand white living room is refreshingly adorned with colorful accents, and the serene oval-shaped sitting area complements the ambiance. Follow the pathways leading to an open terrace, where a heated pool awaits, along with an open lounge and a grand gazebo boasting panoramic views of Anguilla and the Caribbean Sea. This residence is designed with expansive living and dining spaces, indoors and outdoors, to comfortably accommodate large families or groups. The modern, open kitchen showcases black granite countertops and premium amenities, including an espresso machine. All five bedrooms feature king-sized beds, with three connected to the main house and two nestled in the gardens below, offering ocean-view terraces. Ensuite baths with double sinks showcase contemporary design. * Notes - Heated pool only in use from Dec 15-Apr 15. - Children under 10 years old are accepted when a liability waiver is complete. - Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule.
