Palmier Royal Estate, (villa code: WV EPR) is a large compound, consisting of 2 large villas with a total of 11 bedrooms, 3 pools, and direct water access to the protected bay of Marigot. Palmier Royal Estate is not just a villa, it's a statement and the epitome of luxury. With fitness and massage rooms, 2 gourmet kitchens, and a beautiful terrace just above the water which allows access to the water for swimming, or to explore the nature reserve that is Marigot Bay on a paddleboard or canoe. The estate consists of 2 separate villas with annexes, built in a contemporary West Indies style, and are all connected by wooden walkways adorned by tropical gardens. One villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 2 are full masters and 2 guest rooms, the other has 7 bedrooms, 2 are master suites, 3 guest rooms, and 2 smaller rooms, for a total of 11 bedrooms. Gorgeous views can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the estate and are arguably amongst the best views of Marigot Bay. The first villa has a large, air-conditioned main room consisting of a gourmet kitchen, a living area, and a loft/TV area for kids. A large, heated pool is the centerpiece of the spacious terrace along with a pool house and covered dining area. Comfortable seating underneath a gazebo allows you to enjoy the breezes and views, while in the shade. The 2 master bedrooms are accessed from the covered terrace. Each has a Euro king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, dressing area, U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and Sonos. Directly below the 2 master bedrooms are 2 bedrooms each with a Euro king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with and U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and Sonos. All the way down the path is a large deck, just above the water with direct access to the protected bay, where turtles swim freely. There's ample seating on the deck, with loungers and a large table for waterfront dining. The second villa is just a few steps above the main level of the first. This villa includes a large fitness room with a bathroom and massage room. On the main level are two separate bungalows that are fully air-conditioned. The first is the spacious living room with comfortable seating and the second is a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast corner and a large grilling area outside with covered dining. The deck ends in a heated infinity pool and a separate gazebo. The bedrooms of the 2nd villa are in 6 separate pavilions. 2 master suites are on the lowest level, each in a separate bungalow. Both come with a Euro king-sized bed, dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as an outdoor bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A cozy balcony out front is perfect to enjoy the view. There are 3 guest bedrooms, all with Euro king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms; and 2 smaller guest rooms are situated in a separate pavilion at street level and separated by a common area. Each room has a Euro king-sized bed, dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, as well as a private balcony with seating. During the high season only, guests at the villa enjoy the services of a private chef and waitress (food not included), along with two maids providing daily service and turndown, seven days a week. A mini fridge is stocked with still and sparkling water for your convenience. For on-the-water adventures, guests have access to two paddle boards, two kayaks, and four life jackets.
