Welcome to Villa Estrela (villa code: WV ISA), a 4-bedroom villa located in Flamands within a short walk of the beach. This brand-new villa enjoys splendid views along the length of the beach, Flamands Bay, and the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Fregate, and Île Bonhomme. Inside it’s all about classic Caribbean living. Warm, mahogany tones feature heavily, while the vaulted ceilings and an open plan capture plenty of natural light. Modern furnishings, as well as a few mid-century pieces, help give the entire home a timeless feel. Relaxed and elegant, Villa Estrela is one of the finest rentals in the area. Flamands Beach is a short walk down a path, while the secluded Colombiers Beach is about a 25-minute trek. As an added bonus the restaurant at Baie des Anges hotel is within walking distance. The shops and restaurants in St-Jean are just a short drive away. A spacious and airy great room comprises the living area, dining table, and kitchen. Opening to the outdoor terrace, the entire space is washed in the salty sea breeze and enjoys great ocean views. The living room features a comfortable sofa facing a rustic, slate stone feature wall. Collapsing here at the end of a long day on the beach is a great way to unwind. A large TV also lets you kick back with your favorite film or TV series. The modern kitchen at Estrela Villa has everything you’ll need to create meals during your stay. Whether it’s a snack or gourmet dinner, the high-end appliances can handle any culinary challenge. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. The large, mahogany dining table is ideal for social dinners, late-night card games, or a night-cap before bed. A hallway leads from the living area to the 4 bedrooms at Villa Estrela. Each bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and minimalist style. Two of the bedrooms overlook the ocean with a small balcony, while the other two face the back garden. Three of the bedrooms have spacious ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a bathroom next door, which can also serve as the guest bathroom. Outside Villa Estrela, a large terrace features stunning views over the beach and Flamands Bay. In the distance, you can also see the offshore islands rising out of the ocean. A lawn with loungers surrounds the pool, a great place to relax, cool off and listen to the rustle of palms in the gentle breeze. Next to the pool is a deck area, with a comfortable lounge fabulous for cocktail hours at sunset. On the side of Estrela Villa is another elevated outdoor area. An outdoor dining table lets you enjoy meals in the open air, accompanied by the gentle sound of the nearby waves. Lounges and sunbeds here also make it a great place to relax in the gorgeous Caribbean weather. For days on the sand, just across the street is Flamands Beach. With golden sand and crystalline waters, we wouldn’t blame you for spending all day here. For something more gently sloping footpath brings you to secluded Colombier Beach. This unspoiled beach on the northwest coast of St. Barts is only accessible on foot or by boat. A handful of restaurants and shops are within walking distance along the Flamands beachfront. Even more can be found in St. Jean, an 8-minute drive, or the capital Gustavia, 10 minutes away. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
