Welcome to Villa Ginger (villa code: WV GIN), an incredible 6-bedroom villa located in the hills of Petite Saline, St. Barts. Towering high above Lorient bay, this exquisite and private villa enjoys panoramic views and is within a short drive of several beaches.
The interiors are clean, elegant, and stylish. Soothing white walls and creamy vaulted ceilings contrast with the graceful wooden furnishings, with thoughtful island-style décor on the walls. Newly-constructed, this is sophistication, luxury, and elegance all rolled into one vacation home.
From everywhere, the unobstructed views are breathtaking. The panoramic vistas take in the islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, while in the distance is Saba, St. Martin, and Anguilla.
At the heart of Villa Ginger is the airy and gorgeous great room. Here you’ll find the living room and kitchen, the entire space awash with tropical breezes and stunning views.
In the center is the living room, where a large U-shaped sofa offers an inviting spot to unwind. Whether you’re delving into a good book or enjoying a conversation with family and friends, this is a graceful and stylish setting. A flat-screen TV to one side offers the option to enjoy a cozy night inside with your favorite movie.
Located directly behind the living room sofa is Villa Ginger’s gourmet kitchen. Foodies will love experimenting with local ingredients and island flavors here. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service.
Located between the pool and living room on the covered terrace is the large dining area, which accommodates 12 guests. It’s a magnificent setting for festive dinner parties, enjoying your food as the light fades over the ocean and distant islands.
The bedrooms at Villa Ginger are all quiet and tranquil spots to relax – ideal for recharging each evening. Each room has a Euro king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The showers in each bathroom open to the outside, where each bedroom enjoys a private little garden.
There are four bedrooms on the main level, three are located off of the living room and the new bedroom suite is located behind the grill area, with a separate entrance. Descending downstairs reveals two more bedrooms, both with a small sitting area on the terrace outside. Also on this level is a large fitness room and a second kitchen.
The main deck at Villa Ginger is next to the house, taking full advantage of the ocean views. There’s boundless space to enjoy the good life in St. Barts.
The expansive, 60 ft. pool will no doubt tempt you in for a dip each day, offering an easy way to cool off in the heat. Its infinity edge seemingly spills into the ocean below, while loungers on either side are ideal for sunbathing.
Underneath a gazebo is a lounge area, a magnificent setting for a sunset cocktail hour. As the afternoon fades, the sky lights up in hues of pink, purple, red, and gold, casting its light across the rugged coast of St. Barts. In the distance, the islands of St. Martin and Anguilla twinkle to life.
The lower level also has a deck, running the length of the two bedrooms. In the middle is a cove-like hot tub, a romantic spot for an evening soak. For days on the sand, the beaches at Lorient, Marigot, and Grand Cul-de-Sac are all 5-minutes away by car.
Caretaker lives on-site with a separate private entrance and is located out of sight from the main property.
During the December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
