Villa Grace, (villa code: WV GRA) is a 6-bedroom two-level luxury villa with breathtaking views of the lush Anse des Cayes hillside and the sparkling oceanfront. Just a ten-minute walk to the nearest beach and close to St. Jean Beach. Spread across two levels facing the ocean, Villa Grace offers spacious areas with warm beige tones, complemented by touches of orange and subtle royal blue accents. The living room opens onto a front terrace, as well as a shaded terrace at the back, featuring a fountain and a cozy lounge area. Inside, elegant sofas furnish the living room, which is adjacent to the dining area and extends into a large kitchen with a bar and stools on the terrace. There’s also a second dining area and additional lounge space under the covered terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living, where the gentle trade winds enhance the picturesque setting. The front terrace showcases stunning ocean views, with a heated infinity pool that mirrors the turquoise waters of St. Barts. Sun loungers are positioned in the shallow section of the pool, providing an ideal spot to admire the villa's serene beauty. Surrounding the pool, tall palm trees add to the breathtaking horizon, while the island's sun illuminates the sky. Villa Grace features six air-conditioned bedrooms, each offering ocean views and terrace access. Three bedrooms are on the main level, with the remaining three on the lower level. All bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, one with an outdoor shower, and are outfitted with queen or twin beds.  Additionally, the lower level houses a fully-equipped fitness room with ocean views.
