While Gustavia offers many small apartments, there have been too few larger, and more luxurious apartments. Gustavia Lights is on the second level of the new, two-level, Mardix apartment complex on the south-west side of the Harbor. The building also has a large, private, and secured, underground garage with ample parking and an elevator. The large terrace of Gustavia Lights, with its oversized jacuzzi, offers excellent and animated views over the harbor and streets of Gustavia. The spacious, fully air-conditioned apartment with its modern classic decor, has a large main room including a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, a dining area and the living, which has comfortable seating and a large screen.
