Villa Gustavia Views of course lives up to its name as well, situated opposite the harbor of the St. Barts capital. It’s within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the idyllic Shell Beach. Guests will be able to enjoy the buzz of the high season, when the harbor is filled with yachts, from the privacy of the villa. At the center of Villa Gustavia Views is the main room, the gathering point of the home. Combining the living room, dining table, and kitchen, the space opens to the island breezes, capturing those wonderful views over the harbor with touches of modern style. The living room features plush lounges, the ideal spot to converse, enjoy a coffee, or watch a movie on the large TV. All the while, you can keep an eye on the hustle and bustle of Gustavia below, with the red roofs glinting in the island sun. At the other end of the room is the functional and luxurious kitchen. It has a European king-sized bed, his-and-her closets, and a spacious ensuite with a shower. A private terrace enhances the luxury of this space. Two additional rooms are situated on the opposite side of the house. These rooms are separated by a shared bathroom and are ideal for parents with children. The corner bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a king.  The fourth bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow above the main property. It benefits fully from the views and features a private terrace with loungers. Inside is a kitchenette, a large dressing room, and a bathroom with an outdoor shower. A queen-sized bed and a separate single bed make it ideal for a nanny, teenagers, or parents with a child. The generous terrace that wraps around the villa offers ample seating and shade, making it an idyllic spot to sip on a drink after a long day at the beach. A separate area out in the full sun is half a level below, with an inviting pool, loungers, and a daybed. There’s an outdoor dining table and lounge for sunset cocktails followed by an alfresco dinner.
