The Master Bedroom, a standout feature, showcases an open-plan layout, a wrap-around balcony, a hot tub, and breathtaking vistas. A north-facing terrace includes a putting green, while the 2000 sq. ft. roof deck serves as an exceptional entertainment venue with panoramic views of the surrounding waters, complete with a bar area, sofa lounge, fire pit, and entertainment system. Distinguished by its unique design, the property showcases Versace tiles and wallpaper alongside a plethora of bespoke design elements, rendering it a sophisticated vacation retreat to relish in the Turks & Caicos Islands. * Notes - Non-refundable damage waiver of $350 is required for accidental damage up to $5,000. $60/day for electricity consumption included. On the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh. When running the A/C, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. Housekeeping services are an additional cost of $25/hr per housekeeper. Towels and sheets can be refreshed for an additional cost of $45/per bedroom.
