Sleek, elegant, and sophisticated, Villa June is a graceful property that will capture your imagination as soon as you step foot inside. There are plenty of natural island woods, creating a contemporary and calm atmosphere, while the eclectic décor inside will please those with an eye for design and style. Located in the hills of Corossol, a new hotspot for the island’s most luxurious properties, Villa June enjoys a coveted location. There are excellent views across Gustavia harbor, while the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Gustavia and St. Jean are also within close driving distance. Villa June sprawls over three levels, with a flowing open plan characterized by a clean and modern design. There’s ample space to spread out and come together as a group, whether it’s in the luxurious home theater, the fitness room, or the beautiful great room at the property’s heart. A grand staircase and elevator connect the three levels. It’s here where you’ll find the large kitchen and living room. In the latter, beautifully soft sofas invite you to sink in and relax, diving into a good book or watching a film on the wall-mounted TV in front of a stunning shelf display. Sliding doors open wide to the outdoor terrace, framing the azure hues of the water and luxury yachts at anchor. Next to the living room is Villa June’s high-end kitchen. The large island has seating for 10 guests, making it the ideal spot to relax with a drink while you watch your private chef whip up a gourmet meal. You could choose to eat at the island or set up at the dining table on the covered terrace as an alternative. With the cool island breeze and outstanding views, this is the ideal setting for entertaining, opening a few bottles of wine, and toasting your island vacation over some fantastic local food. There’s a total of 6 bedrooms in Villa June, spread across the three levels to ensure privacy between guests. There are three on the main level. Next to the living room is the first, which connects to bedroom number two, an ideal choice for parents with young children. Of course, both rooms can be fully separated as well. The third bedroom on this level sits at the far end of the terrace, offering more privacy. Descending to the lower level brings you to the other three bedrooms, spread around the media and fitness rooms. The main focal point of the outdoor space is the heated, 70-foot-long infinity pool. Stretching the length of the terrace, the edge blends into the ocean beyond, creating the impression of a continuous waterscape with varied shades of blue. Slipping in for a refreshing dip here is impossible to resist. The pool is lined with plush loungers, ideal for sunbathing. You could also throw up the umbrellas for some shade, letting you drop off for a nap in the cool breezes. Back toward the house, the covered terrace is another beautiful spot to lounge around. There’s an outdoor sofa for cocktail hour and of course a beautiful dining table for alfresco meals. There’s additional seating and shade on the middle-level terrace that connects the bedrooms.
