Upon entry, guests are welcomed by a grand foyer leading into a luminous atrium spanning two levels. Outside, the pool area beckons with its array of amenities, including a hot tub, an infinity lap pool, and a shallow pool catering to younger visitors. The expansive outdoor space is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable seating and dining areas. For those seeking active pursuits, a discreetly prepared kiteboard launch area awaits on the beachfront, while lush tropical gardens host a tennis and pickleball court for leisurely enjoyment. * Notes - Non-refundable damage waiver of $350 is required for accidental damage up to $5,000. $90/day for electricity consumption included. On the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh. When running the A/C, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
