Villa La Pinta, (villa code: PIE LAP) is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this villa enjoys a partial ocean view from the pool. The spacious living room is furnished with a cushioned sofa and chairs, and opens to the pool deck. The living room shares its space with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Both the living room and dining area opens to a covered terrace with a dining area, which comfortably seats 6 guests. A second living area with Rattan furnishings is also located on the terrace. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a plasma TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. While 3 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, 1 bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. All of the bedrooms open to the pool and terrace. For larger gatherings, the sister villa, La Nina share the same lot and provides an additional two bedrooms. The two also share a tennis court and gym. A spacious deck with cushioned loungers and Rattan chairs surrounds the swimming pool. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Notes: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule. If arriving on separate flights you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure transfer will be offered under this rule. Villa requires a $2,000 security deposit
