Set on two lush acres, the property includes a grand main house and a charming guesthouse called Petite Le Bleu. This stunning villa boasts beautifully designed master suites, each with serene views of St. Martin and St. Barts across the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

The well-equipped kitchen in the main house at Villa Le Bleu opens to the pool deck. You’ll have everything you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay, however the house comes with your own private chef, so you may decide to have someone else prepare all the meals for a change!
The elegant dining room has a large table that can seat up to 20 guests. It’s a magnificent setting for island-style dinner parties that last long into the evening. For those nights when you’d prefer to dine in the warm island air, there’s also another table for 20 by the pool.

On the upper level are two bedrooms, accessed via the pool terrace. Both have plush king-sized beds and alluring views over the water towards St. Martin.
Seven bedrooms are on the pool level with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a queen. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, with two of them featuring stunning natural freeform stone tubs. All of them are linked by attractively landscaped walkways. There are 2 suites in Petit Le Bleu which has its own pool.
On the main terrace on Villa Le Bleu’s upper level, the star of the show is the infinity swimming pool. You could laze in the water all day, admiring the views over towards the mountains of St. Martin.
A lounge area is an ideal spot for cocktails and an aperitif at sunset, watching as the rosy golden light falls across the sea and sky. In case you feel like grilling up some fresh fish and succulent steaks, the villa also has a built-in barbecue next to the pool.
Guests enjoy direct access to two secluded natural beaches, a spectacular infinity pool, and a thatched gazebo right at the water’s edge—perfect for relaxing, dining, and unwinding in complete luxury.
