Facing the ocean and surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this villa offers peerless access to one of the most stunning beaches in St. Barts. Inside, this property is modern and sleek. Contemporary furnishings contrast with vaulted ceilings of bright wood. Sunlight is reflected off the white walls, while the colonial-style décor adds an elegant touch to each space. With a beachfront location in St. Jean, Villa Le Moulin is just seconds away from the soft white and turquoise water. Popular restaurants, glamorous boutiques, and plenty of watersport activities are all nearby. The capital of Gustavia is also easily accessible, just 5 minutes away by car. At the heart of Villa Le Moulin is the spacious living room, a comfortable gathering spot for your stay. Whether you’re relaxing with a coffee, settling in with a good book, or watching a movie, several soft sofas offer an easy way to kick back and unwind. Opening on two sides to the outdoor terrace, you can also sit here whilst enjoying the salty breeze blowing up off the ocean. In the back of Le Moulin Villa is the well-equipped kitchen. Sleek cabinetry and the latest appliances make cooking here a pleasure. Connected to the kitchen is an indoor courtyard, where a dining table has seating for 10 guests. The most unique feature of the property is the old mill outside, in which you’ll find the master bedroom. Sleeping inside this little piece of St. Barts’ history is comfortable and relaxing, with a king-sized bed, ensuite, and a private beachfront terrace. Two more equal-sized bedrooms are in separate bungalows, connected to the main house by an enclosed glass corridor. Each has its own spacious ensuite, and are quiet places ideal for recharging at the end of a long day exploring St. Barts. A new 4th bedroom has been built in a separate bungalow in front of the pool, facing the ocean. The outdoor living areas are the real stars of the show at Villa Le Moulin. The covered terrace has bar tables and stools and a comfortable lounge area, a great setting for an island-style soiree. To one side of the house is the infinity pool, a tempting spot to lounge about all day. Surrounded by loungers and palm trees with hammocks strung between them, it’s a popular spot to relax in the sun or entertain family and friends. Attached to the mill outside is an elevated terrace with loungers, letting you kick back and admire the ocean. Pretty soon, either the soft white sand or the sparkling water will tempt you down to the beach, just a few steps away.
