Located in the gated Ilets de la Plage community, the one bedroom Villa Les Sables d'Or II - Val André (Villa Code: WV RLD2) has direct access to the water via a short stairway. St. Jean Beach can be easily accessed by walking or driving along the private road. Beach chairs await guests. The view of the Bay can be enjoyed from the covered terrace, and from under a palm tree in the lovely front yard. An open floor plan includes a living room with U.S. satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchen is just adjacent. The ensuite bedroom with U.S. satellite TV has two double beds that can be combined to a super-sized king is on the upper level with its own balcony that looks out to the sea. There is also a powder room on the main level. Villa Les Sables d'Or II - Val André is part of the larger "Sables d'Or" property, alongside two other villas (Cap Frehel and Dahouet), which can be rented together to provide a total of four bedrooms.
