Villa Les Zéphyrs, also known as PIE ZEP, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Terres Basses within minutes of the beach and shopping. This colonial, West Indian-style home is built in a U-shape around a flowered interior courtyard, which overlooks the beach, ocean, and nearby islands of Saba and St. Eustatius. This elegant house features antique and modern furniture, and has polished marble and tile flooring throughout the rooms. The spacious living room has a baby grand Steinway piano and opens up to the terrace through a 24-ft. rollaway glass sliding door. Separate to the living room is a TV viewing room with a satellite TV, which offers more than 100 U.S. channels. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a separate small table (with seating for 4) connects to a formal dining room with seating for 8 guests underneath a chandelier. A second dining area with seating for 8 guests is located underneath the covered terrace. Each air-conditioned bedroom has an antique 4-poster king-size bed, a ceiling fan and screens, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also offers a bathtub. A deck with colorful loungers and chairs surrounds the pool. The deck also features a small dining table with umbrella and a gazebo with a sitting area. This non-smoking property also has Apple TV, a gas grill, a gated entry, and WiFi. Guests also receive a 50 percent discount on dinner at the French restaurant La Vie en Rose in Marigot. This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Please Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person.
