Villa Luffy is a newly-built, 2-bedroom villa, directly on the beach of Toiny, with gorgeous ocean views and vibe. Luffy is nearly identical to villa Ti Chato, just a little higher up. It has the same layout and amenities. The fully air-conditioned open main room with kitchen and living room, opens up to the covered dining area with the pool, and the gorgeous ocean views. The modern, spacious kitchen has several prep areas and an island with seating, and the adjacent living area has comfortable seating. The entertainment center offers U.S. satellite, AppleTV, and a BlueTooth audio system. Both bedrooms, located on either side of the living room, open to an ocean view. Each has a dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has a U.S. king-size bed, and the other has two twins that can be made up as a U.S. king bed. Outside is a spacious deck and outdoor dining area with a small pool, with the ocean just steps away. The Toiny beach club and restaurant, is also just a stone’s throw from the villa. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
