Leha Lo is perched high on the rocks, 81 steps above the Great House, this private, standalone double bedroom features a wraparound terrace with breathtaking 180-degree sea views and an outdoor shower.
Bali Lo Complex sleeps up to six guests across three Balinese-style houses, and is nestled near the island’s center. Seamlessly blending into the tropical surroundings, this house features a shared pool.
Bali Hi sleeps up to ten guests across five rooms in three Balinese-style houses, offering stunning ocean views, a shared pool and outdoor lounge area, and a plunge pool per house.
Temple House is situated in the middle of the island, and is made up of four Balinese-style bedrooms and Elders Temple. Elders Temple is a shared space with an infinity pool, huge open-plan dining, bar and lounge area.

Small Groups
For small groups Necker Island can be booked and shared on a non-exclusive basis with other guests from June - October. A minimum of 10 rooms are required.
Individual Stays
During selected weeks throughout the year, guests can book individual rooms, offering a taste of this extraordinary paradise that is shared with like-minded guests.
An environmental and tourism levy of $10 per person will apply to all guests visiting the BVI. The levy will be collected on arrival at the port of entry for those visitors arriving by sea or air.
