Located in the hills above St. Jean, this property enjoys a sublime location for making the most of the island. Within easy reach is the beach, lined with elegant restaurants and boutique stores. At the center of Villa Neo is its airy and spacious great room, the space enhanced by ceilings that ascend all the way to the second level. It’s both graceful and comfortable, home to the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Soft, sectional sofas in the living room are luxurious spots to unwind or settle in for some conversation with family and friends. For movie nights inside, a separate TV room is next to the living room, which can be closed off to immerse yourself in the latest Hollywood blockbuster. There’s even a separate room that acts as the villa’s private nightclub, where you can host cocktail parties. The modern and well-equipped kitchen at Neo Villa makes cooking a breeze. When it’s time to dine, between the kitchen and living room is the villa’s elegant dining table, with seating for ten guests. There are 6 bedrooms spread across Villa Neo, each a quiet and luxurious place to recharge. On the main level are the first three bedrooms, including the decadent master suite. This room features a separate seating area and a private terrace with direct access to the pool. The large ensuite has a lavish bathtub, as well as an indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom is on the other side of Villa Neo, behind the kitchen. This bedroom also has direct access to the terrace and ocean views. The third bedroom on this level is located off the inner courtyard, with partial ocean views. A glass stairway leads to the upper level, which can also be accessed directly from the parking area. Two bedrooms on this level connect, sharing their own private furnished terrace. The third bedroom on this level features a seating, dressing area, and a private terrace with loungers. Each bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed and spacious ensuite. The rooms also enjoy a sound system and a TV hooked up with Apple, U.S., and French satellite channels, all controlled by an in-room iPad. Outside, the dreamy decadence of Neo Villa continues. The covered terrace is home to both an outdoor dining table as well as a lounge area. For cocktail hours and dinner parties at sunset, there’s nowhere better.
