Villa Niña (villa code: WV NIN) is one of three "sister" villas named, together with the Pinta and Maria, in homage to Christopher Columbus who discovered the island and named it after his brother. Niña arcs above Point Milou’s dramatic, craggy coastline. French designer Olivia Putnam took her inspiration from a ship’s bow and the villa faces the sea and the sound of the surf adds to the ambiance. Sleekly modern, natural materials, including bamboo and volcanic stone, link to nature and complement the surrounding lush tropical vegetation and the sound of the surf. Bi-level, Niña is configured with 2 bedrooms on the main level and two downstairs. Each has an ensuite bath, a dressing room, and a console-style desk. The downstairs bedrooms have a garden view. Airy and spacious, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a separate media room. A deck —with a private pool— is furnished for outdoor living, relaxing, and enjoying glorious sunsets.
