The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a private garden and an outdoor shower and bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed, both have ensuite bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the ocean. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds or 1 king and a shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom serves as an attached master-suite studio, complete with its own amenities including a swimming pool and outdoor lounging and dining area with ocean views. The 1,540 square ft ocean front terrace and further 660 square ft sheltered seating is to the rear. Like the entire Ocean Dream estate, Villa Aqua epitomizes luxury, prime location, and aesthetic appeal. Nestled on an exquisitely beautiful plot near the water's edge, the property seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. * Notes: Non-refundable damage waiver of $210 is required for accidental damage up to $3,000 Electricity allotment $75/day, on the last day of rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per/kwh Housekeeping services are an additional cost of $25/hr per housekeeper. Towels and sheets can be refreshed for an additional cost of $45/per bedroom
