Villa Over The Ocean, (villa code: WV OOV) is a recently-built stunning 4-bedroom villa overlooking Toiny beach and is truly an architectural masterpiece. The property is designed over four independent buildings around a central swimming pool. The main building features a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, with expansive bay windows that frame mesmerizing ocean views. In the back of the living room, is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with room for eight.   Another building houses a spacious television room, providing the perfect space for cozy movie nights.   The expansive terrace at the front of the villa overlooks the horizon and showcases a heated infinity pool. A covered terrace adjacent to the pool hosts an outdoor lounge and a spacious dining area for ten.   Villa Over The Ocean's beautiful bedrooms are each equipped with king beds, ocean views, and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, with a private balcony. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the main level across different buildings, offering direct access to the terrace with the pool or the garden.   During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
