Villa Palmier Royal Four, (villa code: WV PRO) is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa with direct access to Marigot bay lagoon. Villa Palmier Royal Four is a contemporary, West Indies style villa with two full master bedrooms and two guest rooms on the lower level. The spacious villa has stylish furnishings and bedding, and a large pool overlooking the bay of Marigot. Gorgeous views can be enjoyed from almost every corner of the estate, and are arguably among the best views of Marigot Bay. A beautiful terrace sits just above the water, which allows access for swimming, or to explore the Marigot Bay nature reserve with the provided canoes and paddle boards. A large, air-conditioned main room consisting of a gourmet kitchen, living area, and a loft with a TV area for kids provides comfortable indoor space. The outdoor setting is spectacular, with a large, heated pool as the centerpiece of the spacious terrace, which comes with a pool-house and covered dining, as well as gorgeous views. Comfortable seating underneath a gazebo allows for conversing or having a drink in the shade while enjoying the breezes and the views. The two master bedrooms are accessed from the covered terrace. Each has a European king-sized bed, and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bathtub, dressing, U.S. satellite and AppleTV. Directly below the two master bedrooms are two guest rooms, with a terrace and a separate pool outside. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made up as a U.S. king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second guest bedroom connects with the first, and has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. A paved pathway leads down to the waterfront where a large deck sits just above the water with ample seating, including loungers, and a large dining table.
