Villa Petite Plage 5 (villa code: PIE ROC), is a 6-bedroom contemporary villa located in Beach Side/Grand Case within steps of the beach and a short walk from shopping. This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys spectacular sunsets. The spacious great room with contemporary furnishings, a film projector, and a high ceiling opens to an outdoor sitting area underneath a covered terrace. The great room comprises a living area and dining table, which seats 8 guests. The separate TV room has eclectic décor and a large plasma TV. The well-equipped kitchen with a plasma TV, barbecue, and breakfast bar with stools, has glass sliders that open to a second dining area underneath a covered terrace surrounded on 3 sides by the pool. Five of the six-bedroom suites have sea views. Each bedroom has a king bed, plasma TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Several bathrooms have fantastic tubs and outdoor showers. One has wheelchair access. The sixth bedroom is in a private casita off the courtyard. A terrace with loungers and palm trees surrounds the pool, which is heated in winter only. Adjacent to the beach is a Jacuzzi. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Note - $4,000 Security deposit. Chef Service on request. * Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person. For groups over 10 you'll have 2 vehicles (up to 10 guests each) to allocate as you prefer between Airport-Villa. No departure will be offered under this rule.
