Designed by the local architect Ron Shaw, Villa Sandy Bottom was inspired by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, featuring overhanging eaves, clean lines, and flowing, open plan living. Not only that, but it’s also powered entirely by solar panels – the first property in Providenciales to have adopted renewable energy.
Outside, privacy is ensured by a lush tropical garden surrounding the property. Sublime views over the ocean will entice you down to the sand, only steps away. Villa Sandy Bottom is offered with a full time butler daily in the mornings at 8am. The butler does not live in house. The butler offers a light housekeeping service in the morning, can prepare basic meals upon request, offer a selection of cocktails.
