Villa Solymar (Villa Code: WV SYM) is a stunning, contemporary 5-bedroom villa perched in the idyllic Camaruche area, offering breathtaking views over Marigot Bay and the vast Atlantic Ocean. Nestled at the top of the hill just off the Camaruche Road, Solymar is an architectural masterpiece designed by the renowned François Pécard. The villa exudes an air of elegance, featuring a curated collection of sophisticated furnishings from the design studio of Christian Liaigre. Its bedrooms are arranged around a graceful, three-tiered atrium that begins at the parking level, seamlessly integrating with lush gardens that extend into the verdant hills leading to the ocean. The spacious main living area, dining room, and kitchen flow effortlessly onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. This expansive space offers plenty of room for relaxation, sunbathing, and enjoying the view. The heated infinity pool, framed by lush greenery and natural rock, evokes the serene ambiance of a private lagoon. A separate bungalow, located below the pool, houses a fitness room that also doubles as a tranquil massage room. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideally positioned next to the dining area, which features a grand wooden table.
