Recently constructed, this six-bedroom residence combines contemporary elegance with a relaxed Caribbean spirit, making it a perfect setting for family gatherings, groups of friends, or multi-generational getaways.
At the center of the property lies a stunning outdoor area overlooking the calm turquoise canals. A spacious L-shaped pool frames two sides of the villa, offering areas for swimming laps, cooling off in the hot tub, or lounging in the shallow section with a drink in hand. An outdoor pavilion equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, and comfortable seating creates a casual space for meals and entertaining, while the adjacent covered terrace provides room to dine alfresco with views over the water.
A private dock extends from the pool deck, giving guests the opportunity to paddle out on kayaks and paddleboards, arrange for boat charters, or take off on jet skis directly from the property.
