Villa Turtle Nest, (villa code: PIE TNS), is a 4-bedroom villa located in Beach Side/Baie Longue within steps of the beach and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Situated along the shores of Baie Longue Beach, this fully air-conditioned villa enjoys ocean views. The interior living area boasts high ceilings and modern furnishings done in natural tones with pleasing accent colors. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen with long breakfast bar is located near a formal dining room, which seats 8 guests and opens to the covered terrace. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with Netflix access, ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom connects from the interior to the main living area. One bedroom is only accessible from outside. The open concept main house extends to the terrace, which has a covered dining patio, a gazebo with beach bar, and an outdoor living area with views of the beach. Daybeds and loungers surround the large infinity edge pool. To expand sleeping capacity, Villa Turtle Nest can be rented along with its sister villa Villa Blue Beach (villa code: PIE DRE), https://www.wimco.com/villa-rentals/caribbean/st-martin/blue-beach, right next door. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Note: Complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, each vehicle can accommodate 10 guests + cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person.
