Inside Villa Pointe Milou, you can expect all the luxuries for your island getaway. The modern home features a clean and open-plan design, with minimalist-white interiors and splashes of color thanks to the ocean paintings on the walls. The laid-back and serene décor enhances the stunning views, grounding you in the spectacular location.
With a fantastic position above the Christopher Hotel, Villa Pointe Milou captures everything great about this area on St. Barts. The views and spectacular sunsets will have you planning your return trip after your first day. Lorient Beach is around a 5-minute drive, with St. Jean only a bit further with shops, glamorous restaurants, and lively bars.

The central great room is at the heart of the house. Here you’ll find the living room, with comfortable sofas ideal for sinking into with a drink to admire the rosy gold sunset. Vaulted ceilings above capture air and light, with the ocean breeze washing through the home.
The TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV can swivel between the kitchen and living room. A Sonos sound system allows guests to enjoy music from their own devices throughout the property.
On the other side of the great room is Villa Pointe Milou’s fully equipped kitchen. Sleek, modern, and with a large island and breakfast bar, preparing delicious meals here is easy.
The breakfast bar is a fantastic spot for your morning coffee and fresh eggs. For formal meals, stepping outside onto the covered terrace reveals the villa’s dining table, offering splendid views over the water and an unforgettable setting to enjoy some gourmet island meals.
On either side of the living room are three nearly identical bedrooms. Behind the kitchen are two connecting bedrooms, one of which has a king-sized bed and the other two twins that can be pushed together to make a king.

Descending downstairs brings you to the fourth bedroom, with a king-sized bed and a small, private terrace. Each bedroom has U.S. satellite channels, an Apple TV, ample closet space, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower.
As you step outside of the living room, you’re delivered onto the covered terrace, providing a shady area to enjoy those stunning views. There’s another lounge here and the dining table as well.
The large, heated swimming pool faces the ocean, its infinity edge stretching toward the ocean below. Enjoying a leisurely swim here at sunset will be a highlight – from the edge, you can watch as the sun lights up the sea, sky, and alluring coastline of St. Barts and the islands offshore.
Villa Pointe Milou is within easy walking distance of Hotel Christopher, which has restaurants, a spa, and a pool. For days at the beach, Lorient Bay is a short 5-minute drive, and St. Jean is 10 minutes, both of them offering a pristine and quiet shore.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
