This luxury St. Barts villa has all the style and elegance you’d expect for a home on one of the Caribbean’s most enticing islands. Expect comfortable and contemporary furnishings, airy, vaulted ceilings, and a fun, tropical style. Villa Villon’s effortless and easy-going atmosphere will melt away the rushes of life as soon as you step inside. With a beautiful location in Petite Saline, Villa Villon enjoys sweeping views over Lorient Bay. In the distance, the offshore islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme. The beach at Lorient is a short drive away, as are the shops and restaurants of St. Jean. In true Caribbean fashion, Villa Villon enjoys a spacious great room at the center of the home with the bedrooms fanning out on either side. The open-plan layout makes the most of the views, with the shimmering ocean drawing your gaze at every turn. The great room is the heart of the home, with the living area, dining table, and kitchen. The entire space is decorated in soft, neutral tones, with the dark sofas inviting you to sink in and enjoy as the island breeze washes through the home. The living room opens to the kitchen and a second living area under the covered terrace outside. The living room at Villa Villon opens to the modern kitchen. Warm peachy tones make this an inviting spot to prepare everything from fresh snacks to gourmet dinners. A breakfast bar with stools separates the well-equipped kitchen from a small indoor dining area, an idyllic setting for intimate meals with your group. Steps away on the covered terrace is a second dining table for alfresco meals immersed in the wonderful island air. The 2 bedrooms are located on either side of the Villa Villon’s great room, both opening to the terrace and featuring ocean views. Simple furnishings, wooden accents, and a calming atmosphere make both rooms peaceful spots to recharge. Each room has air-conditioning, a plush king-sized bed with mosquito netting, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. From the living room, sliding doors open to reveal the covered terrace, where a second living area makes for a great spot to spend a day lounging, reading a book, or sipping on cool drinks. As the sun starts to set, it’s also a great spot for a cocktail hour before dinner. From here, the terrace stretches out into the sun, with lush tropical plants bordering the terrace. An inviting swimming pool stretches out to the edge, from where you can gaze out at the ocean, while loungers provide spots for sunbathing.
