Villa Wind Chime, also known as TC WIN is a stunning private and gated 4-bedroom located in the coastal residential region of Turtle Tail and boasts some of the finest vistas on the island. The villa includes a spacious living room, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and ocean views. The outdoor spaces include an outdoor kitchen and dining area, as well as pergolas by the pool and at the beach. There’s also a large hot tub and a firepit. Villa Wind Chimes uses solar energy with six Tesla Powerwall storage, has a Thai rolled ice cream machine, a gym with free weights, Peloton bike and yoga mats and offers SWIG water bottles for each guest. As you walk up to the villa, you cross a bridge that appears to float above the water. On one side is a modern fountain that stands eight feet tall, and on the other side is a copper lotus fountain crafted by a local artisan. In the evenings enjoy the fire bowls that flank the pool as you relax under the stars. The swimming pool allows kids to play in the shallow beach entry while the adults enjoy the pool bar, along with the soothing sound of the infinity edge’s waterfall. Next to the pool you can melt your troubles away in the hot tub spa." The villa faces directly south giving the most sunlight hours available. The prevailing breeze from the southeast will provide the desired cooling without affecting the use of the waterfront amenities. The location is also conveniently protected from the occasional winter northern winds. Villa Wind Chime is surrounded around the 4 elements, earth, fire, water and air.
